The input undervoltage protection setting for this series of basic DC-DC chargers is a hardware preset value that cannot be adjusted by the user.
It’s not possible to modify the protection voltage using the device itself. The undervoltage protection thresholds vary by model:
- For 8-36V input models: Undervoltage protection starts around 10-11V (to accommodate low-voltage startup requirements).
- For 10-36V input models: Undervoltage protection starts around 11-12V (for compatibility with 12V battery systems).
- For 24V dedicated models: Undervoltage protection starts around 18-20V (for protection of 24V battery systems).
If you need to customize the undervoltage shutdown voltage, you’ll need to use an external low-voltage protection module.
